So you've had a rough January thanks to Mother Nature's "Big Chill?" Then what better "excuse" do you have for redoing your yard this spring (which could best been referred to as "looking a bit sad?") Confused

It's January; what better time than now to take an objective look at your landscape, and take notes as you walk around your "exterior living room" Crying or Very sad for areas that are a bit overgrown, lack design cohesiveness, are too bare, lack a focal point, lack seasonal colour, or face it, are just plain ugly! Sad

Replanting is a gardener's joy (and recreation!!,) not a gardener's nightmare!! Wink

You have a "blank slate" every winter (and especially THIS winter); use this month to think about how to make that "slate" a joy to own by this summer! Smile

What will YOU do to give your homes' exterior space a lift in 2010? Idea Think about it, garden friends! You'll be glad that you did!! Wink
